Lupe Carroll competed on Season 5 of The Voice, along with fellow Campfire Stars Austin Jenckes and Brian Pounds. He is a bluesy singer-songwriter from Chicago who writes romantic tunes with a quartet of instrumentalists. Carroll began as a solo artist performing in coffee shops and bars in the city. The project has since taken multiple forms: as a quartet and as a duo with his wife playing cello. Carroll has performed at the famed Metro club in Chicago, summer block parties and many other venues in Illinois, as well as participating in Campfire Stars, playing live music in Montana for guests of The Resort. His debut full-length, The Love We Found, was fully funded by a Kickstarter campaign. He cites Marc Broussard, Marvin Gaye, Al Green, Van Morrison and James Taylor as major influences.
All Campfire Stars events are complimentary and are included in your stay.
