Drawing inspiration from the bounty of Montana and the West, our executive chef and his team create works of art on the plate using the best meat, produce and ingredients available. Local huckleberries handpicked from nearby mountainsides may complement a breakfast of French toast, while sustainably sourced Rocky Mountain trout, paired with a buttery Chardonnay, awaits in the evening. Every meal is a new opportunity to savor something memorable, whether you’re waking up to a meal at Trough, dining al fresco or enjoying a multicourse tasting menu in Pomp.
