Blending the best of camping with amenities of a first-class resort, glamping at Paws Up offers something completely different from a typical resort—and that includes dining. Each of our luxury camps features its own dedicated Dining Pavilion. Echoing the Western-chic style of our tents, our Dining Pavilions are convivial gathering places that just happen to feature breathtaking views and delicious food. Dedicated chefs prepare classic camp cuisine at breakfast and dinner, while lunch may be enjoyed in our other dining outlets on property.

Cuisine
Home-style cooking with a sophisticated edge best defines the Paws Up culinary experience. Mornings are met with bountiful breakfasts to kick-start the day's adventures. Our chefs are always adapting the menu, depending on what's freshest and in season, but dinner entrées might include classics from the land and sea, from whole roasted rainbow trout to grilled bison steaks, sided by grilled vegetables. Afterwards, gather around the fire pit with new friends and old to enjoy nostalgic desserts such as baked cobbler and s'mores.
Snacks
Feeling hungry between meals? Each Dining Pavilion is fully stocked with delicious snacks and a variety of refreshing beverages. All meals, snacks, and non-alcoholic beverages are included in the nightly luxury camping rate.
Beverages
Paws Up offers complimentary non-alcoholic beverages, a selection of local microbrews, and house wines during lunch and dinner. Guests can also order from our extensive wine list, enjoy signature craft cocktails, or choose from a wide variety of bottled spirits for an additional charge. For younger guests, non-alcoholic beverages and mocktails are available as part of a beverage plan. Our "kiddie cocktails" are prepared with handcrafted syrups, with flavors that vary throughout the week and can be customized upon request.
