Our Chuck Wagon dining experience blends the spirit of the American West with an elevated take on campfire cooking. Revel in the scenic Montana setting along the Blackfoot River while playing a game of horseshoes or kicking back with live music as you watch our chefs prepare a variety of classic ranch offerings. Dishes change often; however, you can expect simple yet sensational food like flame-roasted chicken, an expertly seared Tomahawk steak, fresh grilled vegetables, and warm fruit cobbler, among other comforting plates—all enjoyed in the great outdoors.
