Inclusive Montana Vacations Rate Policies
The Resort’s nightly rates for each accommodation listed are inclusive of three meals per day (Full Meal Plan) per person, as well as beverages with meals (nonalcoholic drinks and an impressive selection of alcoholic beverages). Supplemental rate for additional occupancy stays with more than two adults will increase by an additional $315 per adult per night, $240 per child per night (ages 12–20) and $180 per child per night (ages 4–11). There is no additional supplemental rate for children 3 years of age or younger.
Paws Up offers two reservation options for guests to experience the ideal vacation:
1) Build your own experience. Start with the accommodation base price with meals, then add activities and events to create a customized and flexible itinerary.

A two-night minimum is required for stays in the fall, winter and spring. A four-night minimum is required in the summer.
The Christmas holiday package requires a five-night minimum stay.
Resort Fee
A resort fee of 20% will be applied to all fees for lodging and food and beverage charges. No resort fee is applied to wilderness adventures. The resort fee covers services such as round-trip airport transportation, all on-property transportation (on-demand drivers provided), use of a personal vehicle (for guests staying in homes), wireless internet, firewood, the Paws Up App, access to the fitness center and an extensive, scenic trail system.
Gratuities
The Resort at Paws Up is a gratuity-free resort.

Taxes
An 8% Montana state lodging tax will be applied to the nightly room rate. No sales tax is applied to food and beverages, spa services and wilderness adventures.
Deposit Policy
For a guarantee of a reservation of one (1) or two (2) accommodations, a deposit equal to the first two (2) nights of the stay, before tax and resort fees, is required. The remaining balance will be collected 60 days prior to your arrival, including tax and resort fees. Reservations for one (1) or two (2) accommodations made within 60 days prior to arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy
Reservation Size: one (1) or two (2) accommodations
All reservations of one (1) or two (2) accommodations are subject to a 60-day cancellation policy. Cancellation notification must occur at least 61 days prior to your arrival date to receive a partially refunded deposit. If you must cancel your reservation, we will refund your deposit, less a transaction fee equal to 20% of the deposit amount. Cancellation notifications made within 60 days of arrival are ineligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued for the cancellation of a portion of a reserved stay or a reduction in the size of your party made within 60 days of arrival.

Reservation Policy/Travel Insurance
A last-minute cancellation or date change gives us little chance of filling the space due to our remote location. For this reason, we uphold a strict deposit and cancellation policy. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier or arrive later than your confirmed dates, you will be responsible for the original reserved room nights of your intended stay. The Resort at Paws Up highly recommends purchasing trip insurance from your local travel agent, your credit card provider or your insurance provider.
